Kishtwar police 41 Challaned under MV Act | KNO

Kishtwar (KNO) : continuing its campaign against the Traffic Violator's in the Kishtwar District Police has Challaned a number of Vehicles for the violation of the Motor Vehicle Act.

The Police have Challaned a number of Vehicles in this regard.Besides, police has Challaned 26 vehicles for violating the provisions of Motor Vehicle Act. Police has advised the youths and students riding two wheelers especially Bikes to wear the crash helmets and avoid rash and negligent driving. Senior Superintendent of Police Kishtwar Abrar Chowdhary has made it categorically clear that the habitual offenders of bikes shall be proceeded against by registration of FIRs if they continue to violate the rules and continue rash and negligent riding beside avoiding the use of crash helmets.

In this regard, I/C police post Patimhall Mohd.Iqbal Challaned Total 15 Vehicle under Motor Vehicle Act,13 Without Driving Licence and 2 for Without Crash Helmet.Another 26 Vehicles Challaned by ATO Kishtwar Manmohan Sharma,While From Total 26 Challaned ,5 Vehicles Challaned for Overloading,8 Vehicles Without Driving Licence,5 for Without Uniform,7 Vehicles Without Crash Helmet and 1 Vehicle For Triple Riding.(KNO)
